You'll provide home health visits to clients in Lackawanna County, following a designated care plan and performing duties like medication administration and wound care. This role offers flexible scheduling and 1:1 patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits in designated geographic territories
• Perform medication administration, wound care, treatments
• Document care using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
