You'll drive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making for a gene therapy company. You'll provide actionable insights to leadership through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, leveraging NetSuite ERP and BI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly outlook processes.
• Monitor and analyze costs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate financial impact of operational decisions.
• Drive process improvements using NetSuite ERP and BI tools.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling).
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
