Description

You will lead market growth and technical strategy for environmental consulting services in the Central region, acting as a senior advisor and seller-doer to expand client relationships and deliver high-value solutions. You'll manage complex projects, mentor teams, and drive business development.

Requirements

• 15+ years of environmental consulting or industry experience
• 7+ years of demonstrated success in business development
• Established client relationships and active network in the region
• Strong technical background in environmental compliance, site investigation/remediation, or permitting
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth of environmental services in the Central region
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain and expand long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Provide subject matter expertise, lead QA/QC, and mentor project teams
• Manage project performance for quality, innovation, and client satisfaction
