As a Line Leader, you will oversee production line manufacturing processes and people to meet safety, quality, regulatory, and productivity standards. You will train staff, manage staffing assignments, and ensure efficient workflow to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

Ensure production line safety and proper setup
Train line workers and monitor performance to maximize workflow
Manage staffing assignments to meet production schedule
Verify inventory consumption and reconcile balances
Complete required documentation and data tracking
