🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive daily manufacturing schedule to meet delivery milestones
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing production team
• Manage digital production flow within Odoo ERP
• Implement and enforce QA/QC protocols
• Bridge gap between Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in manufacturing or production management with complex electromechanical hardware
• Proven track record of managing production teams in fast-paced environment
• Deep experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings and oversee assembly of high-tolerance components
