You'll provide compassionate home health care to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in Eastern Jacksonville, FL. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Florida
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse clearance
