💼 About This Role

You'll join the Global Safety and Quality team to ensure AI technology deliveries meet safety and quality standards. You'll guide engineering teams in integrating industry best practices and regulatory requirements into AI development. This role is critical for delivering high-quality AI-based solutions for vehicles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and improve AI technology engineering standards.
• Assist teams in defining tailored AI engineering processes.
• Support product integrity teams with AI quality metrics.
• Guide engineering teams in evaluating AI software tools.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years in automotive or AV industry for mass production
• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Data Science, or Software Engineering
• Strong knowledge of SW engineering and AI technologies (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
• ML engineering experience with PyTorch and/or TF+Keras (C++ and/or Python)

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in AI, ML, Robotics, or Applied Statistics
• Practical experience with ISO 26262 and ISO 21448
• Knowledge of SQuaRE series (ISO 250xx)
