Description

You will deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions for substance use disorders using Affect's evidence-based digital program. Your work directly supports members in reclaiming their lives through recovery, combining mobile technology, counseling, and coordinated medical care.

Requirements

• Active and verifiable license: LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in Indiana
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
• Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships
• Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team in a fast-paced startup environment
• Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate member readiness and determine level of care
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based curriculum
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR system
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment and discharge planning
