• Develop and maintain incentive scheme documentation
• Prepare client-facing materials like presentations and proposals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university
• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
