💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store and perform duties in management's absence. You'll assist during high volume and support new employees while providing excellent customer service and driving sales. This role offers a chance to develop leadership skills in a retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and recommend products based on knowledge
• Open and close the store, including cash handling
• Assist with inventory restocking and counts
• Monitor sales floor to prevent theft and ensure security

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent
