You will design, implement, and scale end-to-end tax processes to support rapid company growth, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will lead automation initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to balance innovation with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Tax Management at regulated financial institutions, Big Four, or fintechs
• Deep knowledge of Colombian tax regulations (IVA, ICA, retefuente, GMF)
• Proven experience in tax strategy optimization
• Experience managing tax audits and working with DIAN
• Advanced Excel; SQL or tax automation tools preferred; English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Design and scale end-to-end tax processes
• Automate tax workflows and implement technology solutions
• Ensure tax accuracy for products and high-volume operations
• Manage tax audits and DIAN inquiries
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
