📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or similar role.
• Comfort debugging issues using APIs, logs, and observability tools.
• Ability to write clear documentation and runbooks.
• Scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).

• Experience with Grafana or similar monitoring tools.
• Background in computer vision or AI products.
