You'll provide first-line IT support across macOS and Windows environments for offices across North America. You'll manage onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure a seamless support experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving and loves working with people.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to support requests via ticketing system, phone, and internal tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues on macOS and Windows devices.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding including device setup and account provisioning.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher tier staff with clear context and steps taken.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support role.
  • 2-3 years of experience with Windows Server administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience with ITSM tools like Jira Service Management or Freshdesk.
  • 2-3 years of experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace administration.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jamf, Intune, or other MDM tools.
  • Knowledge of Ubiquiti Unifi or Cisco Meraki networking.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Security+, or Microsoft 365.
