You'll provide first-line IT support across macOS and Windows environments for offices across North America. You'll manage onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure a seamless support experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving and loves working with people.
π― What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to support requests via ticketing system, phone, and internal tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues on macOS and Windows devices.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding including device setup and account provisioning.
- Escalate complex issues to higher tier staff with clear context and steps taken.
π Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support role.
- 2-3 years of experience with Windows Server administration.
- 2-3 years of experience with ITSM tools like Jira Service Management or Freshdesk.
- 2-3 years of experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace administration.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Jamf, Intune, or other MDM tools.
- Knowledge of Ubiquiti Unifi or Cisco Meraki networking.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Security+, or Microsoft 365.
