Description

You will provide rehabilitative physical therapy treatments to home health patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You assist with ambulation, transfer, gait training, and home exercise programs, while having flexibility to choose your shifts through the staffing agency.

Requirements

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited PTA program
• Minimum 3 years full-time PTA experience or 2,000 patient-care hours
• Current Ohio PTA license (or in process)
• Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services per Home Health Plan of Care
• Administer therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, and modalities
• Assist and motivate patients in improving functional mobility
• Document patient progress and report changes to supervising PT
• Participate in home health care conferences and team meetings
