Description

As a recruiter on the Operations team at Brex, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for critical business functions like Customer Support and Operations. You will own the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to close, and drive strategic hiring projects in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience
• Strong relationship-building skills with operations hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts
• Knowledge of HR and employment practices
• BS in Human Resources or relevant degree

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and maintain strong talent pipeline
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networking
• Own full candidate experience from sourcing to close
• Create talent maps to provide market insights
• Conduct interviews combining structured, technical, and behavioral methods
