You'll handle incoming customer calls, enter orders into the ERP system, and quote components in a fast-paced team environment supporting the fluid power and automation marketplace. Your accuracy and responsiveness will directly impact customer satisfaction and company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take incoming phone calls from customers
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portals
• Enter customer orders in ERP system with 100% accuracy
• Quote customers on components and enter quotes into ERP

📋 Requirements

• 2 or 4 year degree in fluid power, business, marketing, or related experience
• 3+ years in a customer facing position
• 3+ years computer experience (MS Office, ERP or MRP system)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with fluid power or automation products
• Familiarity with ERP systems
