You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop-culture driven brand. Your core impact is hitting store objectives while building lifelong customer relationships. You'll also help create buzz through promotions and social media.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through new product promotion and social media
• Manage shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs
