🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and optimization opportunities
• Develop data-driven solutions and automated reports
• Optimize dashboard KPI logic and create new visualizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Success, Operations, and Finance

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Strategy
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (business fluent German)
• Analytical thinking and ability to derive actionable insights
• Experience with relational databases or MongoDB
