You'll join ServiceRocket to provide L1-L2 support for Atlassian apps in a hybrid environment. Your core impact is diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues for global customers. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot Atlassian app issues.
• Provide L1-L2 application support to customers.
• Collaborate with Development, Sustaining, and QA teams.
• Install and maintain apps for high availability.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Availability for rotation shifts
• Strong communication skills in spoken English
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years experience as a system or application support engineer
• Knowledge of shell scripting (Bash, Groovy, Python, etc.)
• Experience with SQL and database management
