Description

You'll join InterSystems' UK HR team as an HRIS Specialist for a 12-month maternity cover, based in Windsor. You will be the go-to expert on Workday, ensuring data integrity, producing reports and insights, and supporting the full employee lifecycle across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Experience with Workday
• Minimum two years in HR/HRIS with database management
• Advanced Excel and strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and adherence to Data Protection Act

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity in Workday HRIS system
• Partner with Finance and HR Managers globally for consistent HR information
• Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports and data insights
• Provide new starter HRIS training during onboarding
• Track employee absences, produce payroll reports
