• Monitor and manage shared accounting email inboxes
• Receive, open, and process incoming mail
• Scan, index, and attach documents to records in Dynamics 365
• Create, assign, and track work items for inquiries

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of administrative or accounting support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
