💼 About This Role
You'll own relationships with strategic clients like marketplaces and retailers, serving as the bridge between Topsort's retail media infrastructure and their business outcomes. You'll drive measurable GMV and revenue by guiding onboarding, optimization, and long-term growth. This role offers direct collaboration with co-founders and the chance to shape Retail Media 3.0.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for strategic accounts, guiding onboarding, optimization, and growth.
- Develop deep understanding of each client's marketplace model and monetization goals.
- Partner with clients on auction performance, relevance tuning, and sponsored ad strategy.
- Lead QBRs and performance reviews, turning insights into clear next steps.
- Act as internal voice of customer, surfacing feedback to product and engineering.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier institution (e.g., Ivy League, Oxbridge).
- 5+ years experience in account management, consulting, or customer success with 3+ years client-facing.
- Strong analytical mindset—interpret product data and turn it into client strategy.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms; or familiarity with retail/marketplaces.
