🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with customers to define and track business goals
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and lead renewals
  • Deliver strategic guidance on contact center best practices
  • Lead post-implementation activities and build strong relationships

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
  • Experience with CRM/CS platforms like Vitally, Totango, or Gainsight
  • Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive retention
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
