π― What You'll Do
- Partner with customers to define and track business goals
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and lead renewals
- Deliver strategic guidance on contact center best practices
- Lead post-implementation activities and build strong relationships
π Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
- Experience with CRM/CS platforms like Vitally, Totango, or Gainsight
- Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive retention
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Contact center, telephony, or performance marketing experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, Confluence, Zendesk
