💼 About This Role

You'll build the future of our consumer mobile app, enabling homeowners to get a design and quote for their HVAC project without an in-person sales visit. You'll own features end-to-end on both iOS and Android, working in small teams during six-week cycles to deliver new features. This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage climate tech company with seasoned veterans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship features for native iOS and Android apps
• Collaborate with designers and engineers in six-week cycles
• Own features end-to-end from design to production
• Triage and fix customer-reported bugs quickly

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience
• Fluent in Swift and Kotlin for native mobile development
• Experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Proficiency with PostHog or similar product analytics platform

✨ Nice to Have

• Full stack experience with backend services
• Experience with on-device ML and AR (ARKit, ARCore)
• Experience in climate tech
