Your core impact will be translating complex engineering challenges into design-build solutions while managing the full pursuit lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
π― What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across energy and infrastructure markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead pursuit management including qualification, proposal creation, and bid strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design competitive solutions.
π Requirements
- 8β10+ years of experience in technical sales or client-facing engineering roles.
- Bachelorβs degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in geotechnical, energy, or heavy civil infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex, solution-oriented sales cycles in technical environments.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with estimating tools.
