You'll provide hands-on IT support for a global AI consultancy's London office, managing Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure. You'll contribute to global IT projects like Intune and Azure while ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent user experience. This V.I.E program offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in a cloud-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support daily operations of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Configure and deploy computers using Intune.
• Deliver end-user support and resolve technical issues.
• Manage incidents and maintain hardware inventory.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Intune MDM and device provisioning.
• Understanding of Azure cloud services (Automation Accounts, Logic Apps).
• Strong communication skills for end-user support and supplier management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with network security and compliance initiatives.
• Knowledge of French language is a plus.
• Previous V.I.E or international work experience.
