In this role, you will provide technical guidance to users during their onboarding journey with Stripe, proactively addressing queries and troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless experience. You'll deliver pre-built workshops, manage ongoing implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user success.

• Proactively provide technical guidance and support to users during onboarding
• Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kick-off calls
• Provide light touch project management for ongoing implementations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions and escalations
