💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow our customer community, building real relationships and helping customers learn from each other. You'll work with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to turn insights into stories and programs that drive customer success. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to people and building from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify interesting use cases and patterns in the community
  • Plan and run community programs and events
  • Build and maintain genuine customer relationships
  • Share community insights with cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in community marketing or growth roles
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Experience building programs or events from scratch
  • Strong written communication with a human tone

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience running large scale virtual or in-person events
  • Familiarity with marketing and creative software
  • Experience in an early-stage or fast-moving environment
