You'll define how developers interact with autonomous software agents across CLI, desktop app, web platform, and integrations. You'll design interfaces that make complex AI behavior feel simple and trustworthy. Work embedded with Engineering and Product in a 5-day in-office collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for core product surfaces
• Design workflows for terminal UI, web app, desktop app, and IDE
• Translate complex agentic behaviors into clear, intuitive interfaces
• Establish and evolve Factory's design system

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
• Expert in Figma and design systems
• Ability to work with engineers and understand technical constraints

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CLI/terminal UIs or AI-powered products
• Developer tools, infrastructure, or technical B2B experience
