💼 About This Role

You'll join a team guiding financial services clients through major transactions and transformation initiatives. Your work will drive measurable results across large-scale programs, from current state assessments to actionable roadmaps. You'll collaborate with senior leaders to solve complex challenges in brokerage, insurance, and financial services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work within the Financial Services vertical on brokerage, insurance, and banking clients.
• Deliver solutions for major transformations, including M&A, carve-outs, and IPOs.
• Support PMO and program coordination for multi-workstream initiatives.
• Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, and presentations.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years experience in Finance, Operations, or Accounting with client-facing work.
• Knowledge of brokerage, insurance, and financial services industry.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% and be onsite with clients regularly.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to acquisition integration projects.
