💼 About This Role

You'll join the Liquidity Integration team to support Wintermute's signature OTC trading platform, ensuring production stability and counterparty integration during US hours. You'll work with global teams in London and Singapore to drive the integration pipeline and improve platform resilience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own production stability and incident response for OTC trading platform during US market hours
• Technically onboard and support counterparties integrating via FIX-API into the platform
• Drive the counterparty integration pipeline, managing timelines and unblocking integrations
• Act as first escalation point for platform incidents, delivering clear communication and status updates

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles
• Experience communicating with external counterparties
• FIX protocol knowledge
• SQL and Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, latency, packet loss)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting trading platforms, financial systems, or crypto/OTC markets
• Familiarity with market connectivity or exchange integrations
• Scripting for automation (Python)
