💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and oversee staff serving adults in facility and community settings within a Community Behavioral Health Center. You'll ensure culturally competent, evidence-based interventions and tailored care. This role offers professional growth in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff in-office and field.
• Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.
• Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms and treatment plans.
• Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.)
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
