You'll oversee multiple reconditioning lines within Carvana's Inspection Reconditioning Center, ensuring production metrics are consistently met. You'll drive site performance and lead continuous improvement projects across the region. This role offers leadership development in a high-volume automotive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for each shift
• Identify bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis to improve throughput
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with senior leadership
• Guide daily site manager huddles and set priorities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges through root cause analysis
• Must be open to relocation nationwide or regionally
