You'll support the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways and monitoring work-in-progress issues to ensure timely resolution. This role offers full-time remote work from Florida.

- Develop comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and tools
- Work with members, brokers, and providers through multiple channels
- Manage assigned caseload meeting service delivery and productivity expectations
- Participate in process improvement projects
๐ Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish and English with full professional proficiency
- 1+ years experience in high-volume or customer-focused setting
- 6+ months of healthcare experience
- High school diploma or GED
