You'll join the founding team to build internal systems and processes that keep our AI-Powered Mission Control for Corporate Travel running smoothly. You'll work across revenue operations, people ops, process design, and automation to make the whole business more efficient and help define the operational foundations that scale through Series A.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own CRM workflows and ensure smooth GTM handoffs
• Design and implement better processes and internal tools
• Build automations to eliminate repetitive manual work
• Support hiring coordination and onboarding across geographies

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations or consulting at a startup
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack
• Builder's mindset and proactive improvement approach

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM administration (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make
• Experience at a Series A or early-stage startup
