🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop AI-powered solutions and identify opportunities for AI implementation.
• Develop software according to specifications and documentation (SRS, C4).
• Define and communicate non-functional requirements.
• Mentor colleagues in using and implementing AI technologies.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as a software developer or engineer.
• At least 3 recent years in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
• PhD or Master's in computer science or software engineering with AI specialization, or equivalent experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with computer vision, NLP, generative AI, or predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of MLOps and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other development methodologies.
