💼 About This Role

You'll act as a direct extension of the Regional Vice President, translating strategy into action and driving execution across the region. You will partner with Sales Managers, Agent Experience, and Marketing Advisors to ensure regional priorities are implemented with consistency. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact agent growth and platform adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years in real estate operations, sales leadership, or similar roles
• Proven ability to execute through others and drive outcomes
• High ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving
• Strong field credibility with sales teams
