You'll join a growing manufacturing and engineering company in the Richmond area, performing electrical and functional testing on electromechanical systems. Your work ensures production quality and system reliability in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on troubleshooting with PLCs, VFDs, and three-phase power systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute electrical and functional testing procedures for production systems
• Set up power, communication, and control wiring for testing
• Operate diagnostic equipment to capture and analyze test data
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, control circuits, and electronic assemblies

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with electrical or industrial control systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience with oscilloscopes, analyzers, and multimeters
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PLC systems and relay logic
• Knowledge of motor controls and generator systems
• RF testing or shielding repair experience
