You'll lead Talkdesk's competitive intelligence program to shape go-to-market strategy in the AI-driven CXA space. You'll translate market dynamics into actionable strategies and serve as a strategic advisor to sales, marketing, and product leadership. This role offers high visibility and impact in a rapidly evolving market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage win/loss analysis and competitive product launches.
• Develop defensive and offensive strategies for AI-driven CXA leadership.
• Influence product roadmap based on competitive analysis.
• Create sales training materials like battle cards and playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or similar.
• Industry knowledge of AI automation, contact centers, or CRM SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience building marketing assets like pitch decks and demos.
