📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in merchandising, category management, or product development
• Advanced Excel and retail systems experience
• Leadership of remote team members

• Experience leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot
• E-commerce environment experience
