💼 About This Role

You'll join the AI Governance team at OneTrust to build Java microservices integrated with AI platforms. You'll drive system architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers while owning production code end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop Java microservices and integrate with AI platforms.
• Design and architect frontend and/or backend features.
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with UX, PMs, and product owners in Agile sprints.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, and SQL
• Experience with REST and web services (REST/OAuth/JSON)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building agentic AI systems for enterprise
• Familiarity with AI platforms like SageMaker, Vertex, or Bedrock
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
