Description
You will serve as the link between local brand strategy and global growth programs, using data to unlock value in existing customer segments. You'll steer performance strategy, optimize targeting, advocate for the brand, enhance messaging efficiency, and facilitate growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong data literacy and ability to translate complex data into actionable steps
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally
- Deep understanding of customer journey and marketing funnel
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new channels and techniques
- 4+ years experience in DTC business or startup with growth marketing engine
Responsibilities
- Steer RAF performance strategy by analyzing business insights and identifying growth opportunities

- Serve as local brand advocate, translating marketing strategy into campaign requirements
