You'll own and grow a portfolio of mid-market DACH customers, driving net revenue retention through expansion and upsell. You'll identify new use cases and departments where Make can deliver value and increase adoption. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to position Make as a strategic platform for automation.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market DACH customers (200โ€“500 employees)
  • Drive net revenue retention through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Identify new use cases and departments for automation
  • Generate additional pipeline within accounts and territory

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (Account Management or Sales)
  • Experience selling into or managing accounts in the DACH region
  • Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

  • Experience with sales engagement tools
  • Understanding of technical workflows and automation
  • Interest in automation and AI
