You'll own and grow a portfolio of mid-market DACH customers, driving net revenue retention through expansion and upsell. You'll identify new use cases and departments where Make can deliver value and increase adoption. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to position Make as a strategic platform for automation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market DACH customers (200โ500 employees)
- Drive net revenue retention through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell
- Identify new use cases and departments for automation
- Generate additional pipeline within accounts and territory
๐ Requirements
- 1โ3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (Account Management or Sales)
- Experience selling into or managing accounts in the DACH region
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

- Experience with sales engagement tools
- Understanding of technical workflows and automation
