💼 About This Role

You'll join the Starlink solar manufacturing team to lead continuous OEE improvement and ensure the quality and throughput of solar products. You'll troubleshoot production systems on the front line. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge space technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Demonstrate extreme ownership of production outcomes measured by equipment OEE
• Troubleshoot production systems including HMIs, VMs, robots, and PLCs
• Design and implement assembly fixtures and tooling to improve processes
• Develop and implement robust preventative maintenance schedules

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience or a bachelor's degree in engineering

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience with PLC HMI programming using Ladder Logic and Structured Text
• Knowledge of solar stinger machine functionality and troubleshooting
