Description

You will provide high-quality, personalized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting, overseeing patient care and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver compassionate treatment for chronic conditions.

Requirements

• Active NP and RN licenses (unrestricted)
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient specialty clinic preferred
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with specialty biologics

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections
• Perform patient assessments, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses
• Educate and support patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects
• Maintain accurate records in EHR and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams for care coordination
