Requirements

• **7+ years** of enterprise infrastructure experience
• **5+ years** leading and managing infrastructure teams
• Expertise in **servers, virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Active Directory, networking**
• Knowledge of **cybersecurity frameworks (CMMC, GCC High, FedRAMP)**

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the infrastructure team, fostering a positive and accountable culture
• Own infrastructure operations, service delivery, and manage incident resolution
• Design and review infrastructure architectures aligned with business needs
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics, SOPs, and knowledge base updates
