Description

You will own and shape the product strategy for trading and market data systems that manage over $55 billion in assets. You'll set the long-term vision for platform evolution, manage product teams, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to balance priorities across multiple business lines.

Requirements

• Product management experience in financial services or fintech focused on back-end systems
• Deep expertise in portfolio management, order routing, trade execution, FIX protocol, and securities data
• Strong storytelling skills to distill complex Broker/Dealer concepts for partners and executives
• Technical fluency to engage with engineers on systems design and data modeling

Responsibilities

• Oversee product teams for trading and market data functions
• Define multi-year vision for platform evolution including new asset classes and real-time data
• Partner with engineering leadership to balance roadmap priorities across business lines
• Manage PMs embedded in trading and market data domains with strategic direction and feedback
• Develop success metrics and communicate impact of prioritized work
