You'll resolve root cause issues, conduct deep-dive diagnostics, and mentor team members while ensuring service continuity. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Deliver high-level technical assistance for intricate application issues.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics on proprietary and third-party software.
- Execute software deployments and resolve onsite technical disruptions.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert, maintaining technical documentation and mentoring team.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent experience plus 5+ years in advanced technical support.
- Advanced root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Expertise in ticketing systems, remote tools, OS environments, and third-party applications.
✨ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of networking, databases (IRIS), and web technologies.
- Experience with VoIP and network diagnostics (e.g., Wireshark).
