You'll provide application support for complex issues in a suite of pharmacy and patient communication products. You'll resolve root cause issues, conduct deep-dive diagnostics, and mentor team members while ensuring service continuity. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-level technical assistance for intricate application issues.
  • Conduct deep-dive diagnostics on proprietary and third-party software.
  • Execute software deployments and resolve onsite technical disruptions.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert, maintaining technical documentation and mentoring team.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent experience plus 5+ years in advanced technical support.
  • Advanced root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Expertise in ticketing systems, remote tools, OS environments, and third-party applications.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of networking, databases (IRIS), and web technologies.
  • Experience with VoIP and network diagnostics (e.g., Wireshark).
