💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day financial operations for a high-growth SaaS startup, managing billing, accounts payable, and core processes. You'll partner with internal teams and external firms to build scalable financial workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices with approvals
• Coordinate contract renewals and new vendor intake
• Review and approve employee expense reports

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing, AR, AP, or financial operations
• Experience owning and improving financial processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers and vendors

✨ Nice to Have

• SaaS or high-growth startup experience
• Familiarity with Stripe billing systems
• Experience with sales tax and corporate tax processes
