💼 About This Role

You'll join a high-growth business within a crypto-native company, serving large traditional financial institutions entering digital assets. You'll support department and business line leads in client engagement, strategic direction, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exposure to some of the largest financial institutions as they develop crypto products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct primary research and data analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Support cross-functional projects representing FIG with other teams.
• Participate in client conversations to develop relationships and progress deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Product.

📋 Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in traditional financial services.
• 1 year of experience in an institutional crypto business (bonus).
• Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives tied to institutional product delivery.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with trading, settlements, and/or custody infrastructure.
• Knowledge of computer science principles or programming skills (Python, R, Java, SQL).
